Jerry is a trusted advisor and advocate for in-house counsel, compliance officers, and senior leadership, helping them navigate complex regulatory, legal, and contractual risks and obligations through effective business strategy development. He currently leads CMMC Advisors, supporting Defense and Critical Infrastructure suppliers of all sizes and cybersecurity postures in achieving cybersecurity compliance. Prior to his role at CMMC Advisors, Jerry served as EVP & National Security & Compliance Director at CORTAC Group and was a dedicated employee at Microsoft for 15 years.

Actively engaged on a national level, Jerry was a plank member volunteer of the CMMC AB Standards Workgroup, earning a Presidential Volunteer Service Award for his contributions. He currently holds the position of Vice-Chair of the CMMC Industry Standards Council (CISC) and serves as Co-Chair of the Software for Defense non-profit. Additionally, he is a Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA), Certified CMMC Professional (CCP), Provisional CMMC Assessor (PA), and Registered Practitioner (RP).

Jerry frequently speaks to Defense Industrial Base (DIB) executives on topics related to Cybersecurity and DFARS/CMMC. He empowers leaders to understand their roles and responsibilities concerning customers, partners, suppliers, and government stakeholders. His areas of expertise encompass business strategy development, Security & Compliance, Customer Experience (CX) & Success, Consulting & Support Services Delivery, and Business Strategy, with a particular passion for enhancing customer engagement and retention.

Specializing in both start-up and enterprise environments, Kevin has focused on software development, cloud/SaaS, e-commerce, and cybersecurity compliance. His executive leadership and guidance have helped organizations reshape their approach to sales, onboarding, and customer service, boosting both loyalty and profitability.
