  Jerry is a trusted advisor and advocate for in-house counsel, compliance officers and senior leadership to ensure they can effectively navigate complex regulatory, legal, and contractual risks and obligations. He currently leads CMMC Advisors supporting Defense and Critical Infrastructure suppliers of all sizes and cybersecurity postures. Prior to CMMC Advisors, Jerry was EVP & National Security & Compliance Director at CORTAC Group and 15-year employee at Microsoft. 

Jerry is active nationally and was an plank member volunteer of the CMMC AB Standards Workgroup where he earned a Presidential Volunteer Service Award for his contributions. He is currently the Vice-Chair of the CMMC Industry Standards Council (CISC), Co-Chair the Software for Defense non-profit, Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA), Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) and a Provisional CMMC Assessor (PA) and Registered Practitioner (RP).

Jerry speaks nationally to Defense Industrial Base (DIB) executives on Cybersecurity and DFARS/CMMC. He enables leaders to understand their role and responsibilities with customers, partners, suppliers, and government stakeholders. He is closely aligned with the CMMC ecosystem and technology leaders that are foundational to delivering world-class solutions for the Defense Supply Chain. 

Kevin is an accomplished Executive Advisor with over 25 years of experience leading customer-centric service delivery, consulting, and operational efforts for global technology leaders like Qualtrics and Microsoft. His areas of expertise include Security & Compliance, Customer Experience (CX) & Success, Consulting & Support Services Delivery, and Business Strategy, with a particular passion for enhancing customer engagement and retention.

Specializing in both start-up and enterprise environments, Kevin has focused on software development, cloud/SaaS, e-commerce, and regulatory compliance. His executive leadership and guidance have helped organizations reshape their approach to sales, onboarding, and customer service, boosting both loyalty and profitability. Kevin plays an active role nationally as a plank member of the CMMC Industry Standards Council (CISC), is a Certified CMMC Professional (CCP), and co-founder of CMMC Advisors.

Known for his ability to build trust-based client relationships and revitalize struggling business models, Kevin has consistently driven revenue growth through high CSAT ratings.
